We have issues with hygiene and we keep things clean around here (except in the bedroom). We’re sorry but we absolutely do not accept returns or replacements due to change of mind.
But if upon opening the package and you realize the item isn’t working or has a manufacturer’s defect, then we can have it replaced (only up to 7 days upon ordering).

Our delivery rates depend on the weight of the items you bought (actual weight vs volumetric weight, whichever is higher). You only pay for this delivery charge and nothing else.
After payment, you can immediately start enjoying and using your toys! Delivery time only takes 1-3 working days for those living in Metro Manila and 5-7 days for those living outside Metro Manila. However, these conditions may vary in relation to current events in the Philippines.
We offer cash-on-delivery (COD) for Metro Manila buyers only. We’re currently working making this option available very soon for those living outside Metro Manila.
For all credit card payments, we accept Visa and Mastercard.
Other payment options: Bank deposit (BDO, BPI) and Money Remittance (Palawan, GCash) but you’ll need to send us a copy of the reference number or deposit slip as confirmation. However, these conditions may vary in relation to current events in the Philippines.
