Cleaning and care:
> After use, separate cloth sanitary napkin from the underwear
> Soak in cold water
> Hand wash or machine wash using regular detergent soap or powder. Do not use bleach and fabric softener to maintain absorbency
> Tumble dry in low mode
> keep your pads in dry place until next use

How to use:
> Open the sanitary pads
> Put the sanitary pads on your underwear, bamboo charcoal fabric should be the one touching the skin
